What benefits will I receive?

As a valued member of the Savvy Consumer Club, you are entitled to a variety of exclusive benefits over a one-year period:

Complimentary Book:Receive a free copy of Dale's book, "Don't Get Scammed, Get Smart!: Seven Simple Steps To Becoming A Savvy Consumer," upon completion of the mailing request form.
Exclusive Discounts:Enjoy free membership in Hotels, Etc., granting you access to exclusive discounts on travel, shopping, movie tickets, and restaurants.
Mediation Services:Benefit from up to two complimentary mediation services for resolving disputes with businesses from which you have made purchases or secured services.
Quarterly Benefits:Additional benefits will be introduced each quarter. You will be promptly notified as they become available.

Do I get benefits to both local and national services?

Yes, your Savvy Consumer Club membership includes access to both local and national services. As a member, you are also granted membership in Hotels, Etc., which provides exclusive travel, restaurant, and shopping discounts at both local and national brands.

Are there any limits on the number of times I can claim my free items or discounts?

There are no limits on the travel, shopping, and restaurant discounts you can redeem—use them as often as you like! However, please note the following limitations:

You are entitled to one free copy of Dale's book.
You are limited to up to two mediation services within a 12-month period.
Any additional items offered may be limited to one per member, and such limitations will be clearly noted with each offer.

How does the mediation service work?

Mediation Service Details

As a member of the Savvy Consumer Club, you are entitled to up to two mediation services within a twelve-month period. TrustDALE will assist you in resolving a business dispute, even if the business in question is not TrustDALE Certified. To be eligible for mediation:

You must have purchased a service or item from the company you are in dispute with.
You must provide a copy of your agreement with the company and proof of payment.
Your issue must not have been part of any current or previous mediation, legal settlement, or action.

How can I access the members only content?

To access members-only content, visit the Savvy Consumer Club website and click the "Login" button located at the top right of the home page. Once logged in, you can click on any member benefit in the dashboard to learn more about that benefit and how to receive it.Be sure to complete your profile when you log in!

What happens if I encounter any issues with the offers?
